- Q: How do I get started?

How to Register: To participate, simply click the ‘Register’ navigation link and follow the step-by-step process. During the process you will create an account using your email address.
Connecting Accounts: The next step after registering and creating a profile is to connect your social media accounts or other approved accounts to your profile. Simply click or swipe (if in mobile environment) the connect button from the not connected red state to the connected green state. You will be redirected to the application you wish to connect. After you authorize the application you will be redirected back to the rewards site. Once you have authorized the application, the connect mode for that social network will change from a not connected red state to a connected green state. You can also skip this step and connect your accounts later through your ‘Dashboard’ or ‘Settings’ section. Connecting your accounts will allow you to earn more points and tokens on approved activities. You can connect only one personal social media account (i.e. Facebook account) to a profile. You cannot connect the same personal social media account to multiple different rewards profiles.
Inviting Friends: Once you have connected, you can invite your friends to join. You can email, share on Facebook or Tweet out invites. You will notice a personal ‘Invite’ link, this link is tied to your social rewards account. If someone you invited registers through your link, you may earn additional points if applicable. You can also skip this step and invite friends later through the ‘Activities’ section or using your personal invite link.
Your Dashboard: This section can be found by hovering over your profile picture in the top right section of your navigation bar or by clicking the three-line navigation element in mobile or at times in a tablet environment. In your ‘Dashboard’ you can see what approved networks you have connected, how many Daily activities you can complete per network, activity limits and how many points each activity is worth. Clicking the ‘GO’ button on each network will take you to the respective ‘Activities’ section where you can see more details on approved activities. Some activities have daily limits (ex. tweets, retweets, checking in, Facebook timeline visit, etc.), no limits (ex. purchases), or are one-time events (ex. connecting accounts or following). These can be found on the ‘Scorecard’ in your ‘Dashboard’ or in the ‘Activities’ section. In the ‘Activities’ section you will find the ‘Scorecard’ button (icon in mobile environment) you can click for each network that will reveal the same ‘Scorecard’ from your ‘Dashboard’. In the mobile or some tablet environments the ‘Scorecard’ will be the first icon in the top row of icons. Tapping the icon will open the ‘Scorecard’ or the respective channel. In your ‘Dashboard’ you will find your profile summary showing your avatar, daily activity limit count showing how many activities you have left in the day from the Daily Activity Limits and which social networks you have connected (a connected account icon will be highlighted, a non-connected account icon will be greyed out). You will also find your point total, your token total and how many points until your next token.
Your ‘Settings’: This section can be found by hovering over your profile picture in the top right section or by clicking the three-line navigation element in mobile or certain tablet environments. In mobile environment you may need to tap on your profile image to see additional navigation elements like your ‘Dashboard’, ‘Profile’, ‘My Rewards’, ‘Settings’ and ‘Sign Out’. In your ‘Settings’ you can edit your avatar, username, emails, gender, favorites, affiliations and contact information (make sure to fill this section out to ensure we can contact you if you win a promotion or redeem an item in the store). You can also reset your password, hide your social media profile information or hide your profile so other users can’t see it. In your ‘Settings’ you can also manage your notification preferences for emails about activity notifications, new rewards and promotions or news from the program. You can also easily manage your social media connections.
Your Profile: You can find your profile info in the ‘Profile’ section. This section can be found by hovering over your profile picture in the top right section or by clicking the three-line navigation element in mobile or tablet environment. In your ‘Profile’ you will find an avatar, daily activity limit counter showing how many activities you have left in the day and which social networks you have connected (a connected account will be highlighted, a non-connected account will be ‘greyed’ out). You will also find your point total, your token total and how many points until your next token. In your ‘Profile’ section you will see a feed of your activity. The feed shows the activities you completed, the date, time the activity was registered and which of these activities awarded you points (if applicable). This section allows you to verify that your activities were catalogued and that you received approved points.
The Activity Section: In the ‘Activity’ section you will find a breakdown for approved accounts and activities for each channel. You can view each channel’s approved activities by clicking on the respective navigation element or in mobile and some tablet views there will be smaller icons that represent each channel. The first navigation elements or icon is the ‘Scorecard’ that will show you limits, activities and points per channel. You can click this feature on and off to refresh yourself with the activity limits and points. You can also find the ‘Scorecard’ in your ‘Dashboard’. As an example the Twitter section will have approved hashtags and usernames you can Tweet for points in addition to account s you can follow for points. These will be represented by the ‘Tiles’ that will have the Twitter username, images and a follow button you can click. You will find all the channels, activities, limits and points for approved social media activities, official websites, purchases, special programs and more in this section.
- Q: What are points and tokens and how to I get them?
Points are what you earn for doing activities. They also are the element that determines your status on the ‘Leaderboards’ or in certain ‘Contests’ (if applicable) that may be found in the ‘Promotions’ section. Your official points will stay with your profile to show your status on the All-Time Leaderboards. Contest Leaderboards or Timed Leaderboards may be deleted at the end of the contest or timed event.
Tokens are what you redeem to enter promotions or redeem store items in the ‘Reward’ store. You lose your tokens if you redeem them for entry into a promotion or for a store item. More tokens can be earned by gaining more points through your activities. There is a points to token ratio and you can see how many more points you need until your next token in your ‘Dashboard’ or ‘Profile’ page.
- Q: How can I earn points and tokens?
Once you have registered and connected your accounts you can earn points and tokens in a few ways. For every 1,000 points you receive 1 token.
The ‘Activities’ section will showcase all the channels that you can earn points and tokens from. The ‘Scorecard’ in each channel will help guide you on what activities, daily limits and total points for each activity.
Social Media Channels: By interacting with the approved social media channels you can earn points and tokens. You can find the approved social media accounts, approved activities, points awarded and limits within the ‘Scorecard’. The ‘Scorecard’ can be found in your ‘Dashboard’ or the ‘Activities’ section. Points may take up to 24 hours to post to your account.
Purchases or other card swipes (if available): You may be able to earn points for merchandise purchases, ticket purchases or subscription purchases. You can find this information in the ‘Scorecard’. The points you earn from a purchase may take 48 hours to a week to post to your account. Online purchases should be made with the same contact data or ID that you use for this program to ensure proper credit.
Online Site Visits: You can find the approved sites in the ‘Activities’ section. You can earn points by simply clicking the link or image to visit these sites.
Mobile/Tablet Apps: You can find the approved mobile apps you can interact with to earn points in the “Activities’ section.
Inviting your friends: You will find a ‘Invite Your Friends’ image and link in the ‘Activities’ section. This link is tied to your social rewards account. If someone you invited registers through your link, you may earn additional points.
Checking in: You can earn points for checking into approved locations and events on approved check-in programs. If there are multiple options to check-in you will only receive points for one check-in.
Special Activities: You can earn points by participating in special activities on the rewards site homepage. These activities include polls, code for content boxes and other special programs that will be announced in the future. To stay up to date on all the ways you can earn points and tokens be sure to visit the homepage, check out the slideshow and banners, monitor the ‘Activities’ section, watch social feeds and check your email for announcements and updates.
- Q: Will points, tokens or the program expire?
Yes it is possible that points, tokens and/or the program may expire. The program is intended to last a long time, but in the event that the program needs to end or be updated we will try to send an advanced warning to users and give them the opportunity to redeem tokens prior to their expiration. It is also possible that the points to token ratio may change in the future. If the ratio changes, your current tokens will also be adjusted to reflect the new points to token ratio. If the change in the ratio will cause a user to lose tokens in their profile, we will also try to give an advanced warning about the change.
- Q: Do I have to connect my social media accounts to participate?
No. You can earn points by visiting approved sites, making purchases, taking polls, participating in special points programs and more that do not require connecting your social media accounts.
- Q: If I liked or followed an account prior to registering will I still get points?
Yes. As long as you connect the corresponding social media account, your existing likes/follows will be counted. You do not need to unlike/unfollow and re-like/re-follow the accounts. This may take up to 48 hours to show on your profile.
- Q: What activities have to originate from the program website for points?
Some activities require you to start/originate the activity from the website.
These include earning points for signing up, logging in, connecting your accounts, inviting friends to join, visiting approved websites in the ‘Activities’ section, taking a poll, entering a special code and visiting an approved Facebook timeline.
Other activities do not require you to start at the rewards site to earn points or capture activity. This includes liking a Facebook page, liking or commenting on posts. It also includes following a Twitter account, tweeting, retweeting, mentioning users or using hashtags. Following an Instagram account, commenting on an Instagram photo or using a hashtag on Instagram also do not require you to start from the rewards site. You can interact with official social media accounts on any device and we will be able to track your activity as long as your social media accounts are properly connected.
- Q: I have completed the activities but I did not earn points right away. Why is that?
Your security settings may affect your ability to earn points. For example, if your Twitter account is set to private we cannot award points for your activity. We also cannot award points if your Facebook privacy settings are not set to public for shares, likes or comments. You will need to make your posts ‘public’ in order to earn points for them. Posts that are shared privately, in messages, in groups, or on a friend’s timeline are considered non-public posts and may not be counted.
Sometimes there is a delay in points showing up on your profile. Points can take longer than 24 hours to appear depending on the social network and usage. You can verify that your activity has been counted in your ‘Profile’ section.
Changing your password, email or username on your connected social media accounts may also require you to ‘Re-Connect’ your accounts to your profile. If your token from social network has expired we cannot award points for that activity. We will try to update you if that happens but a good practice is to check and or re-connect your accounts every 30-60 days. Your account being suspended by a social media sites may also affect the ability to earn points.
Another reason your points might not be showing up is because you met your daily activities limit. Each day you have a limit on the number of activities you can complete for points. You can find the daily limit information in your ‘Dashboard’ or ‘Profile’ sections. Once you have met your daily limit, you will not be awarded points for any more activities you complete that day. Your activities do not roll over to the next day. Your daily activities limit will restart at midnight Central Standard Time.
In addition we may not receive the data from third party providers. We are not responsible if Social Media Networks like Facebook and Twitter services go down and during that time your activity is not delivered or if activity that should be delivered by the third party network to our system is not delivered for any reason we are not responsible nor able to award points.
We promote authentic interaction and gaming or spamming the system may result in no points being awarded, removal of points, removal from a promotion, or elimination of profile from the program. Please read the answer to the question below for some helpful hints on gaming and spamming.
In the event you feel you should have been awarded points please contact us and provide as many details as possible about the activity you feel was not awarded and we will try to assist in locating any issues and award points if applicable. If you feel you did not get credit for a purchase (if applicable) please email us your Order Date, Order Number, Amount of Order and Email used for the Order.
- Q: What is gaming or spamming?
We promote authentic interaction and gaming or spamming the system may result in no points being awarded, removal of points and tokens, removal from a promotion, removal of a redeemed store item or elimination of your profile from the program.
If an account with the purpose of gaming or spamming the system is found, it will be reviewed to determine the appropriate outcome. Gaming and spamming the system may include but are not limited to the following:
Opening up a fake social media account: Your account may be classified as fake if the social media account is opened within one month of registering for this program. Social media accounts that have less than 25 followers or friends, that only post about program information and are not used for interacting with friends or other businesses and social media accounts without avatars, names or descriptions all can be considered fake accounts. In addition, an account that only follows the approved program social media accounts or only follows other major outlets, entertainers and other fake accounts will also be reviewed. Please use your official accounts that you use to engage with your friends, family and associates in order to avoid removal.
Rapid-fire engagement: Your account may be flagged as spamming or gaming the system if the account likes multiple Facebook posts within the time span of a few minutes, re-tweets frequently, tweets the same message or hashtag, posts identical messages with different hashtags or checks in to multiple locations within a short period of time.
Posting items with the intent to game the system or that have no relevance to the program: For example, sending a tweet that only has multiple hashtags or mentions multiple users, posting irrelevant photos, posting the same photo multiple times, posting comments such as “go”, “nice”, “wow”, “ha” or other one-worded comments may be considered spamming or gaming the system.
Emailing: If you use fake email addresses, enter an excessive amount of email addresses per email or send inappropriate content may be considered spamming or gaming the system and you may be removed from the program.
- Q: What is considered inappropriate content?
If a post, image, photo, avatar, username or other items include derogatory or foul language, images or are a personal attack on a user, fan, employee or any other person they will be considered inappropriate. If a post is not in the spirit of supporting the organization, it may also be considered inappropriate. If a piece of content is found to be inappropriate your points and post may be removed. We encourage honest, respectful positive and negative comments but inappropriate, disrespectful, derogatory content, comments and behavior will result in loss of points, possible removal from the social rewards program and removal from any official social media accounts or programs.
- Q: How do I purchase an item from the Rewards store?
You can redeem tokens to purchase an item from the Rewards store.
The ‘Rewards’ store functions like a typical online store. If you have enough tokens you can redeem them for items in the store. Once you redeem your tokens for an item those tokens will be deducted from your profile. You will not lose your points or status in the community, just your tokens. Once you have completed an order you should receive an email verification of the order. If the order is an online coupon, the email will include a link and the coupon code to use. If your item needs to be shipped, you should receive the item within 4-6 weeks unless the item states otherwise. You will also find a catalog of the items you have purchased in your ‘My Rewards’ section. Some store items will limit the quantity that can be purchased by a user. Even if you have enough tokens, you cannot purchase an item more than the specified number of times.
- Q: How do I enter a promotion?
In the ‘Promotions’ section you will find three different types of promotions.
The first type is a sweepstakes. These promotions only require you to register. Once you have registered you can enter the sweepstakes without redeeming tokens or having to connect any social media accounts.
The second is a token sweepstakes. These will require you to redeem tokens to enter into a sweepstakes. A token sweepstakes requires a user to have a minimum number of tokens to enter and it will have a maximum number of entries. For a token sweepstakes, the more entries you redeem your tokens for, the better chance you have of winning.
The third is a contest. These do not require a token to enter and are not a random selection like the sweepstakes. They are contests based upon the total points accrued during the contests specified timeframe.
You will find all the details within each individual promotion’s descriptions and official rules. You will be asked to accept the terms before entering a promotion. To view the official rules you can click on the ‘Enter Now’ button on the promotion and follow the link for the official rules.
Clicking the ‘Enter Now’ button does not enter you into the promotion. You will need to click the ‘Agree and Enter’ button after the ‘Enter Now’ button to be officially entered into a promotion.
If you win a promotion we will need to contact you so please fill out your contact information in your ‘Settings’.
- Q: If I have a question or support issue what should I do?
If you have a question about the program, points, tokens, your profile, etc. please use the ‘Contact Us’ link in the Footer Navigation or use the ‘Have a Questions About This Program’ contact us link in the FAQ’s.
If your question can be answered in the FAQ’s, you may not receive an immediate response so please read through the FAQ’s in detail before submitting a question.
- Q: What is a Social Network Disclosure?
The owners of this program agree to not directly compensate individuals participating in the rewards program for specific content that they may choose to share on their individual social network accounts, including: Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and others. Individuals that choose to share content from this program either through the social rewards program or directly do so on an entirely voluntary basis, and have acknowledged by using this site and by participating in the social rewards program that they will not be compensated for any specific postings that they may choose to share. This is to ensure compliance with: Facebook, Twitter, Google and other approved social network that are part of the social rewards programs. Users should review the terms of all approved social networks as part of participating in the social rewards program.
- Q: What is a Federal Trade Commission Disclosure?
The Federal Trade Commission, under their revised Endorsement Guidelines require the disclosure of affiliate relationship and material connection for individuals posting content where they may be materially compensated. This disclosure is hereby provided. Although we do not directly compensate individuals in any manner for individual content promotions or postings, individuals that sign up for the social rewards program in general may receive compensation in the form of coupons, discounts, contest entries for prizes, and other incentives. Please note that these incentives are provided solely as part of a larger rewards program and a user participation is done so voluntarily. In addition a user is not required to create positive post/shares/tweets, etc. in order to earn points and that daily opportunities to earn points are capped.
- Q: Are there special items to consider when using Facebook?
Yes. You must connect your Facebook account to the program in order to earn points for approved Facebook activities.
Facebook privacy settings. If your privacy settings are locked down we may not be able to give you credit for your activity. In your ‘APP’ setting in your Facebook profile please make sure the app visibility is set to ‘Public’ or ‘Friends’. Any other settings like ‘Only Me’, ‘Custom’ or ‘Friends of Friends’ may result in you not receiving points. Please also make sure the ‘APP’ shows we can access posts in your News Feed.
A Facebook Timeline visit must be initiated from the Activities feed by clicking on the approved Facebook image/link on each Facebook Tile. You will not get credit by visiting the Facebook page unless you come to the site and click on one of the approved Facebook tiles.
Facebook Post Likes and Comments can be initiated from Facebook's mobile app or through Facebook.com by liking or commenting on an approved page and post.
If you change your email or password on your Facebook page you will need to disconnect and reconnect the Facebook Application in your ‘Settings’ or your ‘Dashboard’. You may also need to disconnect and reconnect if you have not used your account in over a month as the Facebook token may expire.
Gaming or Spamming. A Facebook account that was recently opened, has less than 25 friends, has no profile picture, does not have the about section filled out, has no cover image or only posts about this program or other rewards programs in an effort to game the system to earn points may be removed from the program. Please only use your official Facebook page you use to interact with your friends on a regular basis.
Facebook posts may take up to 24 hours to process. You can verify what activities were awarded points in your ‘Profile’.
- Q: Are there special items to consider when using Twitter?
Yes. You must connect your Twitter count to the program in order to earn points for approved Twitter activities. Your account can not be set to ‘Protect My Tweets’ or sometimes referred to as private or protected tweets. Your tweets must be public in order for us to award points for the tweet.
Tweeting. We only count two approved elements in each tweet. As an example, if your tweet includes an approved @username and three approved #hashtags, we will only count the first two approved items to enter the system and you will not get credit for the other two elements. As an example, tweeting three approved @usernames and one approved #hashtag will only result in the first two elements to enter the system being approved for points and you will not get credit for the other two elements.
Tweeting a picture. In order to ensure you receive credit for tweeting in a photo, please only include one approved #hashtag and the image in your tweet. Tweeting a photo with multiple approved #hashtags may result in your additional #hashtags being counted and not your photo.
Gaming or Spamming. A Twitter account that was recently opened; has less than 25 followers; has no profile picture; does not have the about section filled out; has no cover image; only follows accounts from this program, entertainers, brand accounts, other fake Twitter accounts with less than 25 followers, etc. or only posts about this program or other reward programs in an effort to game the system to earn points may be removed from the program. Please only use your official Twitter page that you use to interact with your friends on a regular basis.
Twitter posts may take up to 24 hours to process. You can verify what activities were awarded points in your ‘Profile’.
- Q: Are there special items to consider when using Instagram?
Yes. You must connect your Instagram account to the program in order to earn points for approved Instagram activities.
If you already follow the approved account you will receive credit for your follow. You do not need to unfollow and refollow the page.
If you change your email or password on your Instagram account you will need to disconnect and reconnect the Instagram Application in your ‘Settings’ or your ‘Dashboard’. You may also need to disconnect and reconnect if you have not used your account in over a month as the Instagram token may expire.
Gaming or Spamming. An Instagram account that was recently opened, has less than 25 followers, has no profile picture, does not have the about section filled out, has no cover image or only posts about this program or other rewards programs in an effort to game the system to earn points may be removed from the program. Please only use your official Instagram page that you use interact with your friends on a regular basis.
Instagram posts may take up to 24 hours to process. You can verify what activities were awarded points in your ‘Profile’.
- Q: Will I get points for purchases?
Yes. You will earn points for purchasing tickets, merchandise and/or subscriptions online. You can check your ‘Dashboard’ or on the ‘Scorecard’ in the ‘Activities’ section to identify which type of purchases you can get credit for. You should make sure to use the same email as the email you used for this program.
Points may either be a flat per purchase amount (i.e. 1,000 points for a purchase regardless of the amount) or points per dollar spent (i.e. 10 points per dollar spent). You can identify the type of points to purchase value for each type of purchase in your ‘Dashboard’ or on the ‘Scorecard’ in the ‘Activity’ section.
Purchase points may take up to one week to process depending on the order type and date. You can verify what activities were awarded points in your ‘Profile’.
- Q: Will I get points for visiting pages on approved websites?
A Website visit must be initiated from the Activities section by clicking on the approved Website image/link on each Website Page Tile. You will not get credit for visiting a page unless you come to the site and click on one of the approved Website Page Tiles.
- Q: Will I get points for interacting with the official Mobile or Tablet Application?
Yes. You must download the application to your mobile phone or tablet and use the same email address that you use for this program as your primary email to log into the mobile or tablet application.
Official Mobile and Tablet Application Activities may take up to one week to process depending on the application. You can verify what activities were awarded points in your ‘Profile’.
